Ihr Abenteuer in&nbsp;gro\u00dfen H\u00f6hen begann mit der Leitung einer Rettungsstation in&nbsp;Machermo im&nbsp;Gokyo-Ri-Tal im&nbsp;nepalesischen Himalaya auf 4500 m \u00fc. M. Seit \u00fcber 15 Jahren arbeitet sie mit der polnischen Agentur Adventure24.pl sowie mit zahlreichen Reiseunternehmen im&nbsp;Vereinigten K\u00f6nigreich zusammen. Seit 2010 f\u00fchrt sie gemeinsam mit Tomek Kobielski Schulungen im&nbsp;Bereich der Berg- und H\u00f6henmedizin durch.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_module et_d4_element et_pb_text et_pb_text_3  et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_bg_layout_light\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p>Patrycjas besondere Leidenschaft ist es, Menschen mit gesundheitlichen Einschr\u00e4nkungen das Erreichen gro\u00dfer H\u00f6hen zu erm\u00f6glichen und den Aufstieg unter besonderer Ber\u00fccksichtigung der Sicherheit optimal zu gestalten. Im&nbsp;Jahr 2005 erhielt sie ihr Diplom in&nbsp;Reise- und Tropenmedizin an der Mahidol-Universit\u00e4t in&nbsp;Bangkok (Thailand). Vor Beginn ihrer Facharztausbildung arbeitete sie in&nbsp;Uganda und Nepal. Nach ihrer R\u00fcckkehr nach Europa absolvierte sie die zweite Stufe der Facharztausbildung in&nbsp;Kardioan\u00e4sthesiologie und Intensivmedizin, erg\u00e4nzt durch Notfallmedizin (HEMS) sowie Transport- und Repatriierungsmedizin f\u00fcr kritisch kranke Patienten im&nbsp;Vereinigten K\u00f6nigreich.<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_module et_d4_element et_pb_text et_pb_text_5  et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_bg_layout_light\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p>Im&nbsp;Alltag arbeitet sie als kardiologische An\u00e4sthesistin und Fach\u00e4rztin f\u00fcr Intensivmedizin auf der kardiologischen Chirurgie-Station eines akademischen Krankenhauses in&nbsp;Plymouth (Vereinigtes K\u00f6nigreich). Neben ihrer Krankenhausarbeit ist sie als Beraterin f\u00fcr den Transport und die Repatriierung von kritisch kranken Patienten t\u00e4tig \u2013 sowohl im&nbsp;Inland (Transport mit Krankenwagen und Hubschraubern) als auch im&nbsp;Ausland (Lufttransport).<\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_module et_d4_element et_pb_text et_pb_text_6  et_pb_text_align_left et_pb_bg_layout_light\">\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p>Leidenschaftliche Off-Piste- und Skitourenfahrerin, teilt sie ihre Zeit zwischen der Arbeit im&nbsp;Vereinigten K\u00f6nigreich und der Wintersaison in&nbsp;Val d\u2019Is\u00e8re in&nbsp;den franz\u00f6sischen Alpen, wo sie seit \u00fcber 15 Jahren auf 1950 m \u00fcber dem Meeresspiegel
