medicine.

I'm Patrycja.
I'm Alti Doc.

I am a medical consultant at renowned hypoxia centers: The Altitude Centre in London and Hypoxico in Częstochowa.
The high mountains are a space where I combine my two greatest passions — medicine and operating in extreme conditions. For years, I have provided medical support for high-altitude expeditions, working with teams in the Himalayas and other regions of the world. I prepare participants for life at high altitudes and support them when their bodies begin to say "check."

Practice & experience

I specialize in high-altitude medicine, anesthesiology, and intensive care, but my field experience is what matters most. I know firsthand what exhaustion feels like at 7,000 meters, how hypoxia impacts the body, and how thin the line between ambition and danger can be.

I help you safely achieve ambitious goals – from your first treks to 8,000-meter peaks – by focusing on conscious preparation, realistic risk assessment, and practical solutions.

Altitude doesn’t have to be an obstacle. With the right knowledge, planning, and support, it can become an experience that builds strength — both physical and mental.

My role is to ensure that you can focus entirely on your journey to the summit.

Offer

01

Individual Pre-Expedition Consultations

Every expedition begins long before you reach the airport. During individual consultations, I help you realistically assess your body's readiness for high-altitude activities, plan your acclimatization, assemble your medical kit, and develop a strategy for emergencies. We discuss your goals, experience, medical history, and the specifics of your trip — so you head into the mountains with a plan, not guesswork. Conscious preparation is the single most important element of safety.

02

On-site expedition medical support

I work directly in the field as a high-altitude expedition doctor. I monitor participants' health, respond to symptoms of altitude sickness, and make medical decisions under high pressure and with limited resources. High altitude leaves no room for error, which is why swift, decisive action and experience gained from real expeditions are crucial. My mission is to minimize risk and increase the team's chances of reaching their goal safely.

03

Training & Workshops

I teach how the body functions at high altitudes and how to make sound decisions under challenging conditions. I conduct high-altitude medicine training for expedition participants, leaders, mountain guides, and organizers. I focus on practice, situational scenarios, and specific tools that can be applied at base camp, on the wall, or during a trek. Knowledge brings empowerment — and in the mountains, empowerment means safety.
